Sectional seminar – training for workers of hesed service "Home care" has taken place in Aktobe. The seminar set as the purpose improvement of professional knowledge and the practical skills necessary for rendering of the qualified help to clients. The seminar and the program "Home care" is financed by “Joint” organization.
The head of "Home care" service of Sokolkova Valentine and Chernienko Tatyana, the instructor-curator of "Home care" service led the seminar. Psychologist I.Zaltsman, the head of Aktobe service "Home care", I.Krutopeisah idishkeit teacher I.Soboleva, doctor of medicine I.Lichkovaha-Rylova also made their lections. All topics were very important. They covered the purposes and problems of service, rule of work of service, rules of service and the organization of the help, the rehabilitation equipment. Much time were taken for psychologist lections as it is important for workers to learn how to avoid conflict situations, to find ways of the decision, to be able to protect themselves from negative influences. The important place took the conversation by I.Soboleva devoted to history and traditions of Jewish people.
"Home care" is one of the major programs. Workers help older persons and invalids with rehabilitation; they help people with serious illnesses and household difficulties. And thanks to such seminars, heads and participants believe, quality of this help raises.
