Kosher Fast Food Available in Moscow
14.11.2011, Community Life At the AFIMOLL shopping center in Moscow, which recently opened in the city’s new Moscow-City business district, there is also a newly-opened kosher fast food restaurant known as King Salomon.
Chief Rabbi of Russia Berel Lazar issued the kosher certificate for this institution. The restaurant’s menu features well-known Israeli cuisine, including such meals as falafel, hummus, hot pita, sandwiches and baguettes with various fillings, as well as a variety of vegetable salads.
The restaurant has the status of a beef (fleishig) restaurant and thus, does not use dairy products whatsoever. The process of food’s preparation is under the control of a representative of Chief Rabbi of Russia Berel Lazar.
The AFIMOLL shopping and entertainment complex is located in the central core of the business center Moscow-City at 2th Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya. This kosher fast food restaurant can be found on the fourth floor. It is open from 10:00 to 23:00, except on Friday, when it operates from 10:00 to 13:00, and on Saturday night and Jewish holidays, when the restaurant is closed.
