Six Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel have been executed in a neighborhood of Gaza as several witnesses explained that the military wing of Hamas, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigade, claimed the executions in messages written on the bodies.
"Several gunmen in a minibus killed the six men without leaving the vehicle," the witnesses told Agence France Presse (AFP). Two journalists from AFP said they had seen a half-naked man tied to the bumper of a car and dragged through the streets of a neighborhood in northern Gaza.
Security forces of the Hamas government in Gaza has allowed the curious to observe the bodies on the floor, but prevented reporters from filming.
Last Thursday, a day after the start of operation Pillar of Defense, Hamas gunmen killed a resident of the city accused of collaborating with Israel and left his body exposed to passersbys during the half hour it took for the ambulance to collect the body .
Besides technological means, some information about Gaza in the hands of Israeli intelligence comes from Palestinians in Gaza, which is provided in exchange of money or in response to enormous pressure from the Israeli security forces.
