Participation of EAJC Delegation in the Second Meeting of ECJC/AJJDC Presidents.

EAJC Delegation headed by the EAJC General Council Chairman Joseph Zisels and the EAJC Executive Director Feodor Osinin has taken part in work of "the Second Meeting of Presidents", organized by the European Council of Jewish Communities (ECJC) together with leading Jewish organizations of Czechia and Joint (AJJDC).
According to the agenda of the Meeting there were discussed questions about place of Jewish communities in the modern world, a role of leaders, questions of professionalism, a problem of assimilation and mixed marriages.
Joseph Zisels discussed various forms and directions of cooperation with the President of the European Council of Jewish Communities Cobi J.Benatoff (Italy) and the Executive Director of American Jewish Committee David Harris (USA).
Among Members of EAJC General Council who also took part in discussions there were: Leonid Levin (Byelorussia), Guram Batiashvilly (Georgia), Arcady Frenkel (Russia) and Diana Salganik (Russia).
