The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) congratulates V. Kantor, EAJC Vice-President, on receiving his Doctor Philosophiae Honoris Causa, at Tel-Aviv University on May 15, 2004.
Mr. Kantor is known for his contributions to science, his generous support to the world of art, and his respect of Jewish traditions.
His tireless activity caused the governing bodies of the EAJC to appoint him to his post on the European Jewish Congress, where he heads the Supervising Council.
The honorable award of the Israeli University has once more confirmed Mr. Kantor’s qualities in strengthening ties between the Jewish state and our Diaspora.
We are certain that this event will promote further recognition of Mr. Kantor’s work in the position of EAJC Vice-President for the good of all Jewish people.
We wish our Vice-President success in his future professional endeavors, as well as new scientific and artistic triumphs!
