                  Dear Alexander Borisovich!

We offer our most heartfelt congratulations on your 50th anniversary, and wish you all the best!
Your actions as a Ukrainian parliament member are aimed at creating a legal base to develop the national communities of Ukraine, to prevent ethnic strife, xenophobia, and anti-Semitism.
As leader of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee and the President of the Association of National and Cultural Unions of Ukraine, you are doing an impressive amount of work on the restoration of Jewish life and culture in Ukraine, as well as the the development of tolerance and understanding between different people.
After the Second Lebanon War ended, children from the north regions of Israel who have been hurt by rocket fire and from Sderot who have lost their parents in the bombardment of their city, have been given aid and healing in Ukraine as part of the “Diplomacy of Tolerance” program sponsored by the Feldman Fund.
The Ukrainian parliament boasts the actively working group on interparliamental relationships between Ukraine and Israel, which is defending the idea of a fruitful working relationships between the two states, and is headed by you.
We value your contribution to Jewish culture, culture, and social service highly, and hope that the years preserve your energy, activity, and kindness.
May you live to 120 as to 20!
                  Mazel tov!
