Four Volumes of Jewish Studies Works Published With EAJC Support
24.12.2011 New publications prepared by the Sepher Center for Scholars and Teachers of Jewish Studies in Universities are being published with Euro-Asian Jewish Congress support.
Four volumes of the XVIII Annual International Jewish Studies conference are being published in the Sepher Academic Series. Volumes I and II are titled “Scholarly Works in Jewish Studies; Volume III is titles “Israel, Russia, and Russian-speaking Jewry in the Context of Global Politics. To the 20th Anniversary of Restoration of Diplomatic Relationships Between the USSR/Russia and Israel; and Volume IV is titles “Holocaust: New Scholarship and Materials.”
As the Director of the Sepher Center, EAJC General Council member Victoria Mochalova notes, “The academic community values extremely highly the support that the EAJC has been providing for many years to the scholarly research, Jewish education on the university level, the publishing of works on the Jewish civilization. We hope that this aid will continue in the future, since Jewish education is like a tree that requires constant nurture and care. We believe that the EAJC will remain our reliable partner, and together we will continue our work in developing Jewish Studies.”
