EAJC Statement on Terroristic Attacks on Israeli Diplomatic Missions
14.02.2012 It is with great indignation and worry that the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress received the news of the terroristic attacks on Israeli diplomatic missions in India and Georgia. Several people were wounded after an explosion near the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi, including the ambassador's wife. Luckily, the security services in Tbilisi were able to prevent a terroristic attack near the Israeli diplomatic mission.
Head of Israeli government Binyamin Netanyahu believes that Iran and Hezbollah are behind these attacks.
The EAJC sympathizes with those were hurt because of the terroristic attack in New Delhi. The EAJC expresses its solidarity with the people and government of Israel, and states its support for the constant strugge of the Jewish state against international terrorism. The EAJC calls for the global community to unconditionally condemn barbaric terroristic attacks against the representatives of the Jewish state. The EAJC is certain that the perpetrators and those who ordered the terroristic attacks will be found and justly punished.
