                  - with the leadership of the community of Macedonian Jews (President Bianka Subotich, Secretary General Yana Nichota, Board member Rahamin Mizrahi) on a number of joint inter-community projects with the EAJC;

                  - with the leaders of the Jewish Holocaust Memorial Fund (President Liliana Mizrahi and Director General Goran Sadikridzho) on joint work in the EAJC “Tolerance – Lessons of the Holocaust” project and Fund projects in the Balkany region;

                  - with leaders of two human rights organizations: Studiorum (executive director Neda Milevska and Program Director Kumyana Novakova) and the Center for Inter-Cultural Dialogue (Chair of the Board Mateey Manevsky and Secretary General Ivana Davydovska); these meetings were part of a search for partners to widen the scope of the inter-community project “Roots of Tolerance” in the Balkany ergion.

                  On March 12, the EAJC also participated in the forum “70 Years Since the Deportation of Macedonian Jews,” organized by the Macedonian Academy of Arts and Sciences together with the local Jewish community.

                  The day before, on March 11, the EAJC delegation held consultations with representatives and leaders of the Jewish communities of Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The delegation was able to collect new information on the life and problems of Jewish communities in the Balkany region, as well as – for the first time – contact the leaders of the Jewish community of Montenegro, which numbers approximately 100 members.
