                  01.09.2013

On August 30, the Chairman of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) Josef Zisels and Agit Mirzoyev, acting on behalf of the Analytical Center for Interethnic Cooperation and Consultations, signed a cooperation treaty as part of the preparation and implementation of the EAJC project “Roots of Tolerance - Caucasus - 2013.”

According to this agreement, the project will include the following events: a school for the workers of the “Roots of Tolerance - Caucasus - 2013” camp, an entrance competition for the potential participants, a preparatory seminar, and the camp itself.

The EAJC is to provide all methodological support for the project, to hold the preparatory school and seminar for the camp workers, and to send qualified employees for this task. The Center for Interethnic Cooperation is to take upon itself all organizational matters necessary for the work of the camp.

The sides have agreed to jointly finance all events connected to the “Roots of Tolerance - Caucasus - 2013” camp. The entrance competition among the children is planned to be held before September 17, and the preparatory seminar for the camp workers is to be held on September 21-23. The “Roots of Tolerance - Caucasus - 2013” camp itself is planned to be held from September 24 to October 10, 2013, at the “Camp of the Future” recreation center in Anakliya city of the Zugdid municipality, Georgia.
