On October 8, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) Presidium Member, “Mitzvah” Association Chairman Alexander Baron spoke at the 10th international panel discussion “Central Asia: Solidarity of the Peoples of the Region,” which took place as part of the expedition and project “Conversations on the Silk Route” at the Taraz State University (named after M. H. Dulati) of Kazakhstan.

Alexander Baron spoke about EAJC activities in Central Asia, focusing on projects aimed at inter-ethnic dialogue, the support of tolerance, mutual respect and cooperation between peoples, as well as youth initiatives. The EAJC representative in Central Asia stressed that it is very important to emphasize cooperation in moving towards the common goal of mutual understanding, acceptance, and respect.

The “Conversations on the Silk Route” project was initiated by Murat Auezov.
