The war waged by the barbarians against the modern civilization has brought new victims. As a result of brutal terrorist attacks in the heart of Europe innocent people were killed, dozens of civilians were injured. There is no doubt that these inhuman crimes were a response to the Belgian authorities’ active fight against the terrorist threat.
The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress expresses its deepest condolences to the families of those, who were killed in the airport and metro in Brussels and wishes speedy recovery to the injured.
The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress expresses its solidarity with the people and the Government of Belgium. We are confident that another attempt to intimidate the Europeans will backfire and result in a consolidation of all sound forces in combating global terrorism. We sincerely hope that all the perpetrators, organizers, instigators and accomplices of these inhuman acts of terrorism will receive retribution.
