The Director General of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) Haim Ben-Yaakov has participated in the ceremony of introduction of a Torah scroll to the Knesset.

On June 5, 2015, Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Chairman, Co-Chairman of the Associaton of Jewish Communities and Organizations (VAAD) Ukraine Josef Zisels met with the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Germany to Ukraine Christof Weil and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Henryk Litwin.

It is with great sadness that the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress has learned of the all-too-early death of the former Secretary General of the World Jewish Congress Avi Beker. Avi Beker was a scholar, writer, and important expert in politics. He was a great friend to the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.

The House of Friendship of the People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan Conference Hall held a lottery for socially vulnerable children from the Jewish community. Each of the lottery’s tickets gave the right for a free prize. The lottery was timed to Shavuot and Children’s Day.

On May 31, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Chairman, Co-Chairman of the Association of Jewish Communities and Organizations (VAAD) Ukraine Josef Zisels spoke at the international panel discussion “Dialogue of Human Rights Activists of Russia and Ukraine for Peace and Human Rights” that took place in Kyiv.
